ALUS is a halogen free, PE-insulated, aerial bundled cable with circular, stranded aluminium conductors. The cable is designed according to HD 626. The conductors have resistance and number of wires according to IEC 60228 class 2. The cores are identified by longitudinally ridges according to HD 308. The cable is marked type/manufacturer/year+month. ALUS is not flame retardant.
Lifemark(TM) recycling marking
The external surface of the outer sheath is embossed with a text which specifies all components in the polymers and prepares the cable for future recycling.
Standards
ALUS is manufactured and tested according to SS 424 14 26.The cable can be loaded in accordance with valid powercurrent regulations and SS 424 14 24.
